A young, dynamic Guyanese female professional who has had the privilege of serving in diverse roles in both the public and private sectors in Guyana. Trovana was born and raised on the Essequibo Coast. From a very early age education and learning became her solace. Trovana excelled at CSEC and pursued a Bachelor of Communication Studies and a Commonwealth Master of Business Administration from the University of Guyana and a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Global Development from Arizona State University. Trovana is currently a doctoral student pursuing studies in Leadership and Innovation. She has had training in strategic management, conflict resolution, strategic security, marketing, philanthropy, financial literacy, intelligence gathering, marketing, oil and gas industry operations and markets.

She is deeply passionate about national development and is a lifelong learner whose goal is to be able to contribute to the greater national good. Trovana is an avid reader who believes in using her knowledge to empower others. She is a mom and entrepreneur with a keen focus on creating impact through value building and purposeful alignment.
